Fabby Franco

Fabby Franco serves as a bilingual escrow officer for Acme title and Escrow Services. She has more than 20 years of title and mortgage experience. Starting her career as a loan Officer, Fabby later expanded her opportunities by branching out into foreclosures & HOA foreclosures through transitioning into working in title services.

Fabby’s primary focus in proactive communication between all parties, builds strong relationships with realtors to earn their business. Her personal goal is to make each transaction a pleasant experience.

Fabby is currently serving as a board member for the For Kids Foundation.

Fabby was born in Salinas, California raised in Los Angeles. She has three annoying daughters and four beautiful grandchildren she enjoys spending time with them on the weekends.

Rena is a Reno Native, born and raised here in Reno, Nevada. Rena started working in the Escrow Industry in 2000. After just a short time in the business she knew this is what she wanted to do and loves it!

She prides herself on making your escrow a professional and pleasurable process. Her goal is to provide exceptional service and truly considers it a privilege and honor to work with every one of you!

Rena is a proud mother of two adult daughters and 1 granddaughter and one on the way! Her greatest joy of all is spending time with her family and friends! During football season you can catch Rena rooting for the San Francisco 49ers, she is a die-hard fan!

Tiffany joined our team in May 2023 and is settling right in. She is the new Sales & Business Development Specialist and is eager to learn the ins and outs of the Title & Escrow industry. Tiffany has an extensive background in Sales and Marketing as well as Customer Service and Event Planning. She is originally a Tahoe local, growing up in Incline Village and recently returned to Reno stating that "the small-town feel and large variety of events and activities our beloved city has to offer called me home". Tiffany prides herself in exceeding her client's expectations and despite only being back in Nevada for less than a year, she has a large network of contacts to call upon to help in any situation. If you need something done, Tiffany has a trusted referral partner to connect you with. In her role here at ACME, Tiffany will promote and sell our Escrow Officer & Title Services through professional sales techniques, excellent customer service, and long-term customer relationships. She is also charged with running our social media accounts and creating collateral for marketing purposes. In her free time, she enjoys adventuring outdoors, playing soccer and golf, and spending time with family and friends.

Lacy Taylor has a full extensive background in any type of Escrow transaction, with over 20 years of experience. She started her career in Escrow in San Francisco, CA, and moved back to her hometown of Reno in 2004. She has handled transactions including Real Property: Commercial Sales, Residential Sales, Refinances, Mobile Homes and Vacant Land Transactions, and Non-Real Property Transactions involving anything from Business Sales to Transfers of ownership involving any personal property. Lacy is a Reno native. She enjoys spending time with her family and loves going to events around Reno and supporting local businesses in Northern Nevada. She has a passion for design, classic cars, and you may even see her roller skating around town in her free time.
